Hello sir/mam I’m a student and have a financial problem due to this pendamic year so i applied a part time job from home in quicker jobs. And i received a message from one lady. name ananya contact no. 6357123075. By sending job details and mentioned that only one time registration fees that will be deduct in your 1st salary so no initial charges to start work.. I thought that it’s genuine then she asked for I’d proof to register i sent my aadhar proof she registered on that day only.she sent agriment copy in that they mentioned agriment vality upto 11 months. And maintenance charge will be monthly basis so we have to pay 6700 rupees every month upto 11 months. That agriment don’t have my sign it’s digital. After that she sent me a parrword and user ID to login but it’s inactive invalid password and user name i sent a screenshot to her mam it’s not opening send active password and user name she told wait mam wait mam upto 2 days. After that i try to contacting in Helpline number they provided 7575012114/7575010085 and email:help4formsfilling@gmail.com.and they never replayed properly so got angey and i told cancel my agriment and registration otherwise provide me active password and username they never ready to listen my words they are asking money to cancel. After one week a received a phone cal and from one number 6356952858 I’m from legal department you pay money for cancel otherwise i will case file on you. There message is mentioned below
We have received your file under section 154 CRPC for FIR registration and section 506 for criminal intimidation.
If you don’t pay this amount to the client then we will file a case against you under contempt of court. Even if cibil contempt is issued upon you then you’ve to pay a penalty amount of Rs. 1,50,000 for cibil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt then you’ve to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 6,50,000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to the Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs.

I didn’t done anything wrong so didn’t payed money that time but on 2/11/2020 another person called me and he also told that your case is filed and notice will be dispatched to your home adress it will reach in 72 working hours i scared and informed to my bother he also scared about my future and i asked that contacted person how much money i have to pay he told that 7780 rupees and he provided payment details i paid it. After payment morning he called again and told that to you paid only one month maintenance charge so to cancel in court you have to pay 68000. If you want to cancel from our procedure pay 18000. And pay within 30 min they are saying. And sending mail from advocate associate like below.

I would like to inform you that yesterday you have paid your 1st month Utility & maintenance charge payment . Your agreement is valid for 11 months so let me know you are going to continue your agreement with the company or you want to cancel the agreement .
If you want to continue your agreement with the company then you have to deposit a security charge amount Rs. 22578/- this amount is refundable with your salary once you complete your work with 90% accuracy then you will get salary also and this security deposit amount also .
If you don’t want to work with a company for 11 month then you have to cancel your eleven month agreement by paying an agreement cancellation fee of Rs. 18500/- . If you pay this agreement cancellation fee by today then your agreement will be cancelled and you no need to work with the company for eleven months and you will be free from this company . After this you will get an agreement cancellation certificate also .
Note :- If you do not cancel or not continue your agreement with the company , Then your case file will be reopened and your case will be registered in the court under section 402 & 420 then you have to attend in the court for the legal action you have to come with your advocate & with your parents .

The Court has given you adequate time to complete your file and pay the penalty but you did not complete it, so the court is going to take strict legal action against you.You have to face strict legal consequences. Orders to be held and court decides you to appear in court. If you do not appear in court,Court will take legal action against you associated at your home address, Herewith Court has decide to take final action or payment of penalty amount that is Rs 97,215/- in 3 days by you and present in arbitrary court otherwise Courts behold the right to take strict action against you as per Indian Penal Code therefore take this matter as prime concern.

Your Court Clearance is still pending .
Whatever your name is registered in the court your case withdrawal process is also still pending .
Within two days we will issue a summon letter and court attendance letter at your home address .
Your Agreement cancellation process is also still pending .
Your Case file is now reopened in the court for the future action.
I didn’t replayed any thing. Please solve my problem towards this elite company service.
