I had an issue with elica gas stove and raised a ticket on 6th June and 2 days after technician came and did not resolve issue and technician damaged my product. CRM ID is TGE233332028. Again Call to customer care of elica and raised complaint raised one more ticket. CRM ID is TGE233343347, without resolving ticket simply closed. I Called to customer center, they said ticket closed by service center. But no one came to resolve issue from elica service.
