This site shows an offer for moon pod at just 0.01$. I have ordered this product but without any confirmation of debit amount via OTP the payment has been deducted twice of Rs. 3773.45 and Rs. 4301.74 against my order.
Moreover, I raised ticket for refund on their email id, but have not get any response from their side. Also, other than one email id, no other contact details are available here.

This is the same case happened with me. I was charged 112USD last June 16, 2019. No email confirmation about the order made online. Moreover, i did not know how to contact or communicate with them since no confirmation made for the order.
I just want to know if you can help us how to communicate and refund the amount charged with our credit card.

This is fraud website, facebook should do a check from there side and should block these types of adds.
This is big loss for all the customers.
Please take necessary action asap.
