I had ordered phone of rs11999 by giving old one mobile which cost buyback value 4800 pending amount were paid by ccard. At time of delivery boy check my phone finalize everything is fine and he deleted all my phone data ,removed tempered glass and after 10min he said u have to pay 2300 extra an he avoid to give reason and walked away .from that end several time i called on flipkart help line but no satisfies solution i gotted .On flipkart mail id i posted all my old phone photos which is good in condition but in that flipkart several staff has asking me deffferent type of view and beleave me there r 4/5 person were involving in this issues flipkart is useless fruad and harassing their customer
