This guy named Arnav Pandey offered me a I Phone for Rs. 7000, for which I paid an advance of Rs. 7000. After transfer he blocked me. And even he deleted the telegram chat history also. Payment made via Paytm No 8435327072. I’m clue less and someone please guide me
