In my neighborhood there is one family who have not paid their bills and are still using electricity.
In the morning when metre reader comes they remove their connections and by noon they connect it again .
I live in
Habib house opp to Usman Sulaiman mithaiwala cadel road
Mahim west mumbai 400016
Please check the metre box in the evening or on Sunday you will come to know the truth.
