I have complain for wrong meter installation at my location on NBPDCL portal. My complain no. is 1006600871 , but without any review or visit at my location complain got closed. Again I called to NBPDCL support no. but without resolving my issue customer support guy drop the call. Bad experience to talk with NBPDCL support.
