My electricity got disconnected on 09/10/2022 at 3 pm due to technical fault and I have lodged the complaint at 4.55pm. Till now they are just saying it will repair within 2 hours and now more than 28 hours has passed and the position is same. My mother is a tumour patient and now she suffered not only physically but also mentally. We called them again and every time they told wait for some time. From their response we are not sure that our power will be repaired even after 10 days. Kindly help us as it gives so much mental pressure and who will be responsible if there is anything wrong happen due to this.
