We have our manufacturing unit at Shri Arihant Complex, Kalher. The service number – 13276603960 and meter number is B45244498.
There is power cut in our complex almost every alternate day. On 6Th April there was power cut from 12.30 pm – 8.30 pm and as per the customer care there was maintenance going on. Again today on 8th April there is power cut and they are saying maintenance is going on. How many days will there be maintenance? This is an industrial area, the power cut affects are unit adversely. According to them we receive message on our number but we have never received any such message of maintenance. And within 2 days they are doing maintenance again? Why can’t maintenance take place on Sundays? We have also complained regarding the same to your customer care and this is the reference number – 1033581849.
