As I live In Puttur a taluk of Dakshina Kannada manglore. I have been complaining to MESCOM number 1912 since there is no power at my home since 2 days . Same problem was faced last Wednesday also. There was no use after calling and complaining again and again . I got my docket number after complaining and arround 1.30 to 3.30 I get messages like your problem is resolved.. which is not true. This is happening every single time when I cal to 1912 help line . And then are not available after 7pm but they have mentioned like it’s 24*7 helpline.. please help to resolve my issue.
