Text of Complaint by Seema Raj:

We are living in green village supertech on a rented 1bhk flat. Our dispute is going on with the landlord due to which landlord is not sending the changed password of Uppcl ID. The landlord is out of town. From 18 Feb we are facing issues of power cut continuously till the now. We tried to ask for help in Uppcl office as well as Uppcl consumer court but didn’t received any reply or outcome after complaining about the regarding matter. Being a tenant we only have two options either leave the flat which is beyond our limits or to stay with whatever the situation is. Kindly help us to come out of this situation by giving a genuine solution.
