I am trying to pay electricity bill of PGVCL operator since last 1 month but every time my payment becomes failed and Money was debited. I complained many times to talkcharge customer service but they don’t support and issue is still pending. in my wallet balance is Rs 5000 but I can’t use it because of this issues
