Dear Sir/Madam,
I initiated a utility payment of electricity bill on 09/11/2022 for Rs.1652/- from airtel thanks app and received the confirmation message of receipt by airtel vide order ID: 6996055318245318656 however the amount was not credited to biller. i.e., TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited. The said amount was transferred through debit card of my SBI account from airtel thanks secure terminal. When I contacted airtel through email to wecare@airtelbank.com, they said this transaction doesn’t belong to them.
The reply of customer support team is attached herewith for your reference and my debit message from SBI for the said transaction is also attached for your information.
I, therefore request you to please help me from this suspected fraud.
