Text of Complaint by Mayank Srivastava:

I made bill payment on 07th June 2020 but today it has been 3 days but still not updated on official portal. When I inquired about this from Paytm, they said that your payment has been done successfully from our side and as soon as I got this information, I inquired from the engineer in my nearest electricity office, he said that from your side. No bill payment has been done and is showing pending in the system and the last date to make electricity payment is on 12th June. I am very upset after talking from both the sides, Paytm is saying that payment has been made from our side and electricity office is saying that payment has not been made while I also have the online payment reference number and order number after all. Can’t understand where the money went after making the payment. No help was given from the Electricity office, nor from Paytm.
