Text of Complaint by Shiva:

I have paid my Electricity bill (TSSPDCL) online through Airtel Payments Bank and got a confirmation that the payment was made. Amount was also debited from my bank account but the concern is that the BILL STILL SHOWS UNPAID and the bill is due today(11-09-2020). Request you to look this and revert back.
