Text of Complaint by Anjali Verma:

I have made a payment of Rs. 280/- on 22nd January 2021, vide order ID  12612667200 & Transaction ID 102241002403 & Bank Reference No. 202138770962080, towards payment of BSES Electricity Bill Payment through Paytm. The above amount is deducted from my account but it Paytm says the payment has failed and we have refunded the amount.

But I have not got any refund in either my wallet or bank account till date.
