Hi Sir,

I have made the payment of Rs 4138 for Electricity bill online on 24th of February to Madhya Pradesh Vidhyut Keshetra Vitran-Rural  for IVRS- 5745285475.
Please find below details:
The connection is under my Father’s name- Rejaendra Paliwal,
Sambhag- Narsinghgarh
Bill Date- 30th January
The bill amount is deducted and payment is successful, still I am being charged 4138 in the next month. I have transaction Id if needed.
Please help as I am being overcharged. Looking forward for your response
