I made a payment of electricity bill of Rs.1009 by PhonePe app on 16 Jan 2019 but still shown due on 20 Jan 2019.. When i called them they said me to wait 4 days because Uppcl takes 4 days to update that bill. Now 4 days has been completed but my bill is still due..
Please help me otherwise my electric connection will ne disconnected soon.
