Hi,
I am a resident of Mumbai, Maharashtra, and have been availing of TATA Power services for many years now. In the past few months, my electricity bill has increased by more than 200% without changing the type of appliance used. The TATA Power customer care is unresponsive and cites high tariff for the increased bill, however, that is certainly not the case when checked manually.
