Text of Complaint by Anil Sudhir Madye:

We have received a bill of Rs.9680.78 for the month of June 2020.In which we are been charged Rs.6390.59 as net previos balance (Pending Amount For March,April,May). Our inital units consumed for the monht of March was 170 units and the amount was Rs.1437.27 after which they revised the units to 389 and the amount was Rs.3761.47.The orginal units conumsed in the month of April was 182 and the amount was Rs.1335.60 after which the revised units were 415 and the amount was rs.3432.11.The original units for the month of May was 176 and the amount was Rs.1257.97 and the revised units were 402 and the amount was Rs.3212.83.The original amount which was sent for the respective months amount were paid in those months itself without any delay,And we received a bill of Rs. 9680.76 out of which Rs.6390.59 are previous month charges. There are only 3 people in the house and no products which uses high voltage is been used.

The units consoumptions have increased almost 50% of the normal billing that is been charged to us.If there was a mistake in the reading of the bill for the March 2020 the difference amount should have reflected in the next month i.e April 2020,But the same was not done in April nor in March and the in the month of June the revised reading with the amount has been sent.

Also i have checked the  bills of the March,April & May there is no were written about incorrect reading,if required can submit the same as well.

Would request you to kinldy look into the same and resolve it at the earliest.

Thanking you in advance.
