Text of Complaint by Debasish Ghosh:

In the electricity bill for June (dated as from May 27 to June 27) the meter reading shows to be 38404 units, where as the meter reading we took as in 19 July from our meter is 37195 units. How can a meter reading of an earlier date be higher than the reading of the current date?? It’s clearly showing that CESC is trying to rob us in this difficult time by being fraud. Normally my maximum bill comes around Rs. 500 , how can it be Rs. 3320 now??? I am complaining against CESC for being a fraud like this. I am attaching pictures of the meter reading that I took as in a late date 19 July with this complain..
