I have received June 2020 month electricity bill. Bill amount is 10,990 INR. Which completely wrong and charged against unit consumed in the month of June. Overall Bill summary says that current month charges are 3389.15 where as previous month bill amount was 7604.65. My last month i.e. May 2020 bill was 1100 only. Not sure where the problem is. I have compared my last year bill June 2019 it was 650 units and charges was 6480 INR. This month units consumed was 420 then too bill is 10,990 INR.
This is completely unbelievable need help solving this issues.
