1) Last received bill amount has become more than 5 times ( Around 14000 INR ) which is abnormal ( scan copy attached ) although I have paid every month during pandemic
2) Billing cycle has become total irregular and bill is coming within the billing period
3) Soft and hard copy from your side of Mar’20 & Jun’20 are not matching which implies one of the bill is surely fraud
