My electric bill avarage rs. 200 on Jan 20 to jan 21 . I complaint in Mar 20. But not response in tata power. then again the complaint Dec 20. then come the technician first time check the meter is ok. in jan 21 bill issue again less the bill. Again technician come check the meter and told in the meter software problem. Then meter is change. They send issue amendment bill 16000/- what basis. It is wrong procedure because when old meter is there that time to add the amount Awarage bill. so i request to please solve the problem
