I reside in Godrej garden city E801 Carmel Cluster .My consumer no is 76205164639 I have got an inflated electricity bill of Rs 8402.52 for the month of April and May 2020…My bills are usually in the range of Rs 600-800…i have complained numerous times on ugvcl website but my complaints are getting closed without resolving…i spoke to the officer over there but he is of no assistance…he said he cannot help me …i tried calling on customer care number but people are not taking my complaint seriously…I have paid all my bills on time and u can see my consumption pattern
Also kindly take cognisance that UGVCL has been shamelessly closing my complaints …The officials at Gota branch are not addressing complaints and closing it without proper redressing it.My complaint no 685762,6856684 ,6856602 ,6856129 has all been closed without addressing it at UGVCL portal.. i think there is some fraud going on and the metres might be tampered ..My previous month bills have been Rs 810 ,Rs 597 and Rs 282…..i have also the Adani Gas bill which has been meagre 68rs for the month of April and May 2021…You can see my past consumption patterns very well…if u need more proof i will send u as required.Daylight loot is going on in times of these pandemic
In times of Corona,I am being forced to pay such high bills when everybody is tensed for their jobs and future..I stay in Mumbai with my parents. where also i have not received such inflated bills..I request you to look into this matter and take proper action since none of UGVCL officials want to help…I suspect B.R.Chaudary the technical assistant at UGVCL has been tampering with the billing and metres at Godrej Garden City
