Electrical Pole in new mustafa nagar khammam telangana broken in morning today and tsnpdcl team /electricity team came in morning and temporarily fixed the problem with hekp of tree and turn on electricity of few houses who bring them extra wire and left the two houses and even didn’t ask us for the electricity wire. Now we have an old lady who recently gone through operation in hospital and it will be very hard for her to sleep in night without current. We have no water in our tank and without current we are not able to lift it neither water filter is working. We had contacted several times on toll free number but all in vain and it doesn’t help us to overcome the problem. Whole day had gone and electricity team has gone after turning on the few house’s electricity. We request you to kindly resolve the problem immediately.
