I have buyed ampere magnus ex electric scooty from Ampere company on 27/01/2022.for 2 days it has run normal but after 2 days only it started breaking down frequently on 07/02/2022 the got break down not started again. Show I have taken scooty to showroom in auto they have serviced something gave me the same scooty and said there will no issue but with in few days the same issue occurred. I have went to showroom nearly more than 10times in span of 2 months. After that they have taken my battery and sent to service center and informed it takes time after nearly 20 days I got my battery back . Nearly my vechile was at ideal for more than 3 months.
From then to now I have got issue with battery every 4 months gap and I should keep my vechile ideal at home every time it repeats
And again recently it have occurred the same issue on 25 November I have went to service center with my vechile but dealer informed that service center was closed. I contacted coustmer care after few days they informed to go any near by service center and I have submitted the battery to service center on 11/12/2023 today the date is 20/01/2024 still now I have not recived my battery my vechile is parked at my home
