I have purchased Exite Scooters on 12th Oct 2021 from Union Motors, Thane.
At time of purchased its mentioned as we have 5 years battery replacement warranty, after three months I faced issue with battery charger issue so they check it and provided other charger.
In month of July month I faced battery charging issue so I asked for technician as i could not take bike to their shop however after multiple follow ups and call I took my battery and charger to technician’s place as he fail to come and pick up. on 31st July I have given my battery to check and take action they said battery has issue and needs to be replaced so I agreed on it.
Till date I have not received my battery and from past 3.5 months they are not responding I have called them multiple times visited their office however office was closed and no one answered calls. I try to go and lodge complaint in Naupada police station they asked to lodge in consumer court.
So requesting you to please help me on it I have lost so much money on auto and other commuting sources as my vehicle was in dead position without battery and since three month being on one place it in more worst situation.
I want all my losses to be claimed by company and provide all facilities to recover my electric scooter.
