Elastalink asked me to type and return filled-in forms but because I do not like the work and nor do I understand what to do. They made me sign a bond even before I started (only today) that I will pay Rs.6000/- to the company but I am not interested in doing this work. Also they did not provide me necessary training so I need to quit. They are now demanding me to pay the company although I started work only today, This is fraud and threatening behavior which I wish to complaint against and request your support to resolve,
