On 9 July ekart executive gave me parcel of two earphone worth rs850 but item was not as shown and of substandard quality. I applied for return. But delivery executive mr. Dipankar sarkar of ekart , Udaipur,tripura pin 799120 refused to take return and used some objectionable sentences.
