ekart logistics at gohana branch with id FMPC2048130710 cancelled my order without my consent and blaming it to the company. It happended twice with me. the order reach to the ekart logistics and automatically order was cancelled. the reason behind this is the employee working in the ekart logistics did not even make a call to me and to skip the delivery of a big safari bag in the rural area or to save their small other delivery they cancel my trolley bag. it hapens twice with me in a week. i request you to take a strict action against Ekart logistics(gohana).
