Text of Complaint by Hajeena Ponniyinselvan:

My tracking id NMBP0008295139.They printed the contact number wrongly.When they came to my address , i didnt recieve otp since number is wrong,they refused to deliver and told me they are sending the parcel back.I waited and checked the tracking details for refund but they put as delivered in status.i didnt receive either refund or the product.I enquired several times but they didnt give any response.I couldnt contact despatcher too since the status is delivered.They didnt deliver the product to me and didnt send it back to the despatcher too.i lost my money
