Orderedmobile from Flipkart. Now delivery guy and Flipkart both saying that product have been delivered but I haven’t received

I tried to connect with ekart logistic customer care for my delivery issue and I dial this number -> +91 800 208 9898 as per this website -> https://ekart-logistics.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html
Someone picked my call and transfer to another number and from new number A guy told me to download anydesk application for some transaction so I got to know that this is fraud.
Please look into the website.
Same things happened to me and he asked for screen mirroring and my upi pin and all asked me to send msg and give him otp for his obvious reasons it’s totally fraud
I have suffered similar fraud from ekart on 1st Oct 23. I received SMS with pin number & ekart courier contact number for delivery of my fastag(paytm). By late evening nobody came so i checked status at website. It started showing status as delivered. I tried to contact ekart contact number mentioned in SMS but somebody was disconnecting it repeatedly. I have not received my consignment although I have registered complaint with Paytm. This is surprising that such fraud are being done by ekart so frequently.
