I am filing a complaint against BigBasket for delivering a hazardous food item and failing to provide proper support. Today morning, 29th April 2025, I received a tray of eggs from BigBasket that had live maggots crawling on them. I recorded a video and contacted their support team immediately. Despite providing clear evidence, they refused to offer a refund unless I returned the contaminated tray, which is unsafe and unreasonable. This shows gross negligence in food safety and poor customer service. I request the consumer court to take appropriate action, ensure a refund is issued without conditions, and hold BigBasket accountable for endangering consumer health.
