I ordered a vacuum cleaner with blower function from their website and they sent me a defective different product.
When I contacted them via there website “https://eezeeshop.shop/“ I got a call from a very weird and utmost RUDE person from your company from this number “+91 6290-687562”.
He was asking me to add following number into my contact list “8976715969” and send a “Hi” to this number first. He was trying to get my banking details first. Was not ready to explain why!!
When asked why, he disconnected the phone. When I called back, same guy called and weirdly was claiming he is a different person. When I explained him, he just again disconnected the phone saying call back tomorrow morning and kept on insisting that I need to send Hi to the number he gave and give my bank details.
Many Indians may get into this trap. Can someone do something about this scamming company from China working day and night scam on Indian Soil?
