I joined scaler in may 2022. They fraudulently sell me a dream that If I joined their course then I can get 15 LPA salary. After many calls from sales people I fell in their trap. I joined the course. But after one month I am not able to join online/offline classes due to my work pressure. They provided some 3 month course pause. I also used that thinking in future I will continue. From last oct 2022, I am paying the emi and I am not joined any class. When I try to contact support team regarding this problem, then I get automated reply. I try to contact with Anshuman/Abhimanyu, but they did not respond (mail/call). I am stuck with them. I am not using his services but still I am paying EMI every month. I am not asking any kind of refund. I am just asking to discontinue the course. I earned only 22000per month.
Please tell me what procedure should I follow to file my complaint. If any one need I am willing to provide any details. I am not only one affected to this fraudulent. I have many student who witnessed same and they are forced to pay the EMI. If any one can help me pl help.
