I was notified on WhatsApp about enrolling at Henry Harvin for my AAPC medical billing and coding certification but was talked into enrolling in post graduate data science instead. I did make payments on 10/22/2024 $100.00 and then again on 10/26/2024 $150.00 to start the program. Once started they would notify me saying that I would need to pay 1749.00 or my lms would be ended. I did ask why thus amount when they said I was given a discount which left $1000 to pay off. The notifications continued for the 1749.00 I asked why and they said I owed and I don’t. My payments were also made on the website Henry Harvin and then I was asked if I wanted to continue making payments on that website it Denefits so I said Denefits. I asked for all of my payments to be moved to one place, but they never did. I have checked Denefits and they have deleted my payment history. The total amount I paid was $583. and some change I have it written down. They continue to say that I owed $618.00 $750.00 and they refuse to cancel my enrollment and give me back my money. I have contacted them about giving me back my money and they refuse. I have contacted iC3 and BBB and going from BBB that the school has an F rating. I want my money back the school is a fake. Can you help? I have also since then received threatening phone calls from Henry Harvin and a representative of theirs also as well as being called the N word. I just want my money back I will not bother them ever again.
