Sir, planet spark took money of Rs 21600/ by promising false commitments.They assured me (1)to provide 18 months daily classes after 2 days of payment.(2) they will resolve my problem incase we need help (3)whenever any issue arises or we want to discontinue we ll get our refund.But after payment made successfully they did not provide the classes, neither they replied our calls nor picked up.After seeing their suspective conduct we requested for refund through mails and calls.After More than a month mailing and messaging multiple times for refund they started responding and forcing me to continue classes.Now they activated my LMS portal and forcing me to start class. They are harassing me by saying rudely not to refund my money of Rs 21600.please somebody help in getting my refund.please

Even I enrolled my child in planet spark and after one class I asked for my refund which they are not committing to give back.I paid roughly about 50000.the counsellor doesn’t come over phone and mails are not replied

Why u invest this handsome amount.
If some body go in consumer form please tell what solution made by court.
