I have taken the subscription 7 days ago in unacademy worth ₹30,348 (it was not worble at all)
As the online platform (unacademy) providing me the poor facilities
I wants to get refund my money back into my account
They were not accepting refund request of mine
I have informed them from the first hour of my subscription
I are ignoring me They didn’t tell their rules and policies before taking subscription
They are making fraud my consumers money
They are not giving consumers atleast respect also
They told me very harshly as they don’t give my money
I didn’t accept their zero refund request but they written i have accepted their request in their platform
Before taking Subscription they have spoke very softly and after taking Subscription they are very harsh to me, they are ignoring me sir
They showing advertisement is different from what they had sir
They making a really big fraud They told me that they make me complied they didn’t do yet call as i
I am asking them right from my first hour of subscription sir they are ignoring me a lot from their team
