I had placed an order for a ‘Baseball Letterman Varsity Jacket’ from the website ‘EDRESSMANIA’ on 6 December 2023. The website owner is using Amazon shipping services to deceive the consumer into thinking that their service is genuine. The order was collected today and the amount of Rs. 999 was paid by me to the delivery agent through Google pay. When the package was opened later I discovered that they had sent random items of cheap quality instead of my order. I tried contacting the seller at broodzhelpdesk@gmail.com but the email was not found. I also raised a complaint with the Amazon and they informed me that the seller was Apex Enterprises. The GST No. mentioned on the package is 07AAGCE2267A121, which again is incorrect. I conducted further research on broodz and found that there are complaints against the website but no action taken. The seller has retitled the website as EDRESSMANIA. This is not only a consumer fraud but also a GST fraud.
