This is Madhan Raj from TMJ COMMUNICATION. We doing our business through Justdial in the name TMJ COMMUNICATION we already raised mail to chennai@justdial.com regarding ECS STOP. Due to corona Quarantine time we cant able to continue our business. Financially we are facing lots of problem during quarantine time so we raised mail to justdial to stop ECS for next few months. But till now they have not taken any decision Regrading this ECS issue. 3 time they have tired to hit ECS 1st time 11800, 2nd time 5900 & 3rd time 2950. But ECS got return due to insufficient balance. Now Our current AC balance is become -2000. So many times we tied to reach justdial financial team till now there is no response from them. Kindly raised complaint against justdial
