I had to pay an amount of ₹950, for the amazon pay later. The lending partner is IDFC bank. The repayment date is 5th of every month. There was no sufficient funds in my bank account in the morning of 5th November 2022, but by afternoon I had enough balance in my bank account, still the bank has debited the penalty of ₹250, automatically, without any intimation, and has not cut the actual amount that need to be paid. And paying it manually is also not happening. I am not able to connect to the customer care even. I want that ₹250 back, since it was without intimation, without my permission, above all there were enough funds in the bank account.
