Text of Complaint by Savina pereira:

  • I visited the gallery in Malad and moved to a family plan
  • i activated my ECS by changing my new Bank details
  • it didn’t happen so I went to the gallery and paid the bill in cash the first time
  • they told me to go to the bank and fill the ECS fo there which I did
  • tiday it’s the third mint and again here at the gallery and they don’t even have met ECS details
  • The floor manager is inefficient
