- I visited the gallery in Malad and moved to a family plan
- i activated my ECS by changing my new Bank details
- it didn’t happen so I went to the gallery and paid the bill in cash the first time
- they told me to go to the bank and fill the ECS fo there which I did
- tiday it’s the third mint and again here at the gallery and they don’t even have met ECS details
- The floor manager is inefficient
