im prabhakarareddy N ,i had applied to dhani loan ,but in that time i was log in my bank customer id and password ,,,, that time to till now in my account amount going on minus ,but i dint get any loan from dhani company side, but its showing minus 2990 rup (-)when i was check with my bank manger he told me it charged by dhani company .then i ask to dhani customer care they told that ECS charges provided by bank , i was confused , now i cant closed my bank account because of balance amount (-) minus 2990 rup ,
its effected to my Cibil score
