We have a company in Mysuru for which we had a contract with justdial in 2018 for 1 year. They promised to send numbers of customers who enquire on justdial. It happened only for a few months then they stopped. We had an ecs of 740/- for Mysuru which was supposed to expire after 1 year. Even after 1 year they deduct ecs and when asked why they say it’s a perpetual contract so we cant stop. Agents pester us to sign contract and call 5 times a day. Now when I wanted to rise the complaint it took me 3 days just to get hold of the right person.
We had another branch in Bangalore and was limited to 4 areas. The justdial agent promised he will provide all enquiries from that area and not anything outside. And ofcourse it didn’t happen and when asked to cancel the contract he said he wont. So we had to stop ecs of 922/- from our bank. Even that got auto renewed without our consent and is now being deducted from the account.
So if you dont want to lose your money to a fraud, stay away from justdial.
