Hi Sir,

I drop the Email to Justdial many times but nobody stops my Contract and ECS. please help me.

Hi sir,

I said to Justdial please stop the contract, and drop the mail it is mention below. I don’t know where is the problem of understanding this simple sentence. I am saying to you sir, please stop the contract and ECS and consider the time till 04-04-2020 because I have already mail to Justdial customer care. please go through my all mail. I am a freelancer and I can’t afford the huge charges. Please stop ECS ASAP.

Hi Dear,

I have sent the mail regarding tenure time extend, many times trying but
not responding. and your services are very very rubbish.
He and she both guys very careless not prompt response. both guys are very
irritating.
I was discussed with Bhanu Priya and she is great from both guys she is
saying I have submitted you complain and *complain no. is 2893958*. and
she was saying your tenure time automatically renewed, she was being told a
lie.

*So I would request you to please cancel my contract and return my 3540/-
and 235/- both which was taken my Credit card payment.*
I am not satisfied with your services. the second thing your stop contract
portal is not working. *I would request you to please stop my ECS
Payment.*

Greetings from Just Dial Limited.

With reference to your mail received, we would again like to inform of you
that your amount was not deducted during the paused period of your contract.

Secondly, your request for ECS cancellation of your contract Salasar IT
Technology Solution PXX11.XX11.190225190528.Y9C4, we would like to inform
that we have forwarded your request to our concerned department and one of
our executives will speak to you within 24-48 working hours.

So far as our services are concerned, we confirm that the services has
been activated as per the agreed terms. Since the minimum tenure of
services as agreed is for period of 1 (One) Year hence completing the
services for a minimum tenure would be in the interest of both the parties.
You have the option of terminating the contract – by giving prior 3 (Three)
months written notice expressing your intention to discontinue the
services. Hence, as per the terms, we request you to serve us with 3
(Three) months prior written notice as agreed for terminating the services
on the completion of minimum tenure of 9 ( Nine) months.
