My EMIs with Bajaj finserv was approved for moratorium for 2 months. April and May. But Bajaj sent ECS in the mean time to ICICI bank. Icici debited ECS charges INR 5990 for 2 months. Even after clarifying ICICI refuse to reverse charges. How can ICICI debit account for approved moratorium? Is sendibg ECS customer problem? Why can’t ICICI reverse it as everyone tryin g best to support situation. I attached July statement
