Text of Complaint by Deepak Tiwari:

Dear Team,
I think it’s time for me to s@uicide because of IDFC bank.
It’s been going around since the time I took home loan from IDFC Bank in the month of March 2020. I feel very weak now to handle myself and my family in this pandemic situation. I hereby declare that IDFC Bank would be responsible for my depression and murder.
I am going to put this officially to Mira Road Kashimira Police station also and a letter to a lawyer stating that if anything goes wrong with me
ITS IDFC FIRST BANK LTD., who would be responsible.
My story goes like this:  
1) I took a home loan from IDFC Bank,  account number: 25643471, and till date I spoke with 10 -15 executives about my inability to register online. Still no help.
2) I was being asked to pay cash towards processing fees charges worth Rs. 19000/- however, I got confirmation from IDFC bank you need not pay any charges in cash. Kindly refund my cash as it was your executive who told me to pay cash and hence, I paid to DSA.
3) Now coming to the PANDEMIC Situation:  
a) March, April and May- I applied for a moratorium facility and sent an email to ‘help@idfcfirstbank.com‘ and due to your inability ECS was presented and ECS charges got deducted. This also informed well before in advance however, ECS was presented in the month of April towards my personal loan # 21308683.
I tweeted on social media, emailed you guys, went to Borivali IC Colony branch and I was said to visit Andheri East Branch to get this sorted as this cannot be done at IC Colony. I played with my life and travelled all the way to the Andheri East branch and there I was told by your executive that the refund will be sent in two working days, however, I am on 07th day today and still waiting for a refund.
For reference, I have sent all the attachments to IDFC which your executive also took at Andheri.
My question to you is when shall I get the refund ? During this, situation unfortunately, if I get CORONA who the fuck would have been responsible.
The total amount is Rs. 1670/- which I am waiting for.
b)  June, July and August – Again the same situation, I informed your executive on phone Mr Rajnnish Sheth on phone, whatsapp and also to IDFC first bank on email not to present ECS as i am not gonna get salary till September 2020
But, still same story repeats in the month of June 2020 where IDFC First Bank change their email id from help@idfcfirstbank.com to moratorium2@idfcfirstbank.com
& to my knowledge, no one was informed and the laughter part is the customer informing IDFC First bank employee that your email id has been changed.
This is really pathetic.
 
c) Home loan account # 25643471
1) My account was presented with Home loan amount Rs. 41014 in the month of April, May, June and now July, I am getting a hit of 590/- rupees three times a month. Is this your ancestor’s money.
Kindly check this and credit my money back into my account for following:
1) ECS charges towards April and June for personal loan being presented inspite of taking moratorium facility.
2) Cash amount of Rs. 19300/- towards false home loan charges.
3) ECS charges towards April, June and July for Home loan being presented inspite of taking moratorium facility.
