This is regarding an ecommerce service payment made to Ananya enterprises via one of their employee named Durga Mishra ( +91 9708877919 and +91 9142747462 ). I had earlier paid a sum of 3000 ( dated 1st February 2023 ) to the company on UPI id – Arun23420121@ibl ( this UPI id belongs to the owner of Ananya Enterprises, whose number is 9955777392 ). I had paid for an initial payment of the Account launch of Myntra for selling. I was told that the same will be done but it wasn’t done on time and later when I asked for a refund, Miss Durga Mishra along with the owner of the Company started ignoring my messages and calls. The owner did also blocked my number on call and Whatsapp when I asked him for an update on my refund, without replying with a single word. It’s hard-earned money that I can’t simply make go to waste because of these cheaters who have cheated on me. Please assist me further !
