My order which is showing delivered as per Myntra on 14 aug 23 which I have not received yet. I have called many times and raised complaint and I was following nfrom 16 aug for the same every time I was asked to wait for 48 hrs which is an mental harassment for me and on 26 aug complaint was closed as resolved with giving proper information bout the complaint post that I am calling Myntra every 2 nd day please listen to all the call I was literally a mental torture from Myntra for me nd on 2 nd sep complaint was closed saying that it was delivered
Is the courier guy has called me …? When ..? and to whom it was handed over to I want the proof of delivery which is not being shared with me which again an harassment
Kindly refund my amount or shared me the complete delivery details
Pathetic services by Myntra escalation manager who handle the call
They don’t have any details who r faces of Myntra simply they we understand sorry…..
